Don't even buy a property with Morris home, they show DISCRIMINATION and for the people who are rich they do free land drains and divert that drainage water to the neighbour's garden making it a highly unsafe place to live. It's been 15 months since I complained but no one came up with a solution. BECAUSE I AM AN ASIAN THEY ARE DISCRIMINATING AND AVOIDING MY COMPLAINTS WHEREAS FOR MY WHITE NEIGHBOUR THEY HAVE FIXED THE SAME ISSUE WITHIN A MONTH. My dad fell over in the soggy garden and injured himself. Kids won't be able to play as well even. IT IS KEEPING MY GARAGE WALLS ALWAYS WET AND CAN COLLAPSE ANYTIME.

The location is great and the development looks nice as a whole. Unfortunately my experience hasn't been so great, hopefully this is not the norm. We had problems and this was added to the snagging list however the repair work was shoddy and resulting in more repairs then would have been required if done properly. This is not the workman's fault as all works had been triage by HO and were told what to do, which seems to be botch jobs. Also a communal area and pond was promised then retracted to fit more houses.

Homes: design layouts provide limited or no privacy, almost every home garden has neighbors window view. Build quality: no issues, quality fixtures. Gardens get smaller as you progress through the phases. You get less space for more money in later phases something one needs to look out for.

As stated, whilst the road design may be as required by regulation, it is not fit for purpose and will only get worse as children become car driving adults in the future. The green area's have been maintained to a high standard so far. Once adopted the the local authority I hope the speed limit will be reduced to 20 MPH (and inforced) because due to the narrow Poppyfield Rd and boy racers an accident is waiting to happen, it's just a matter of time. I have replaced poor quality windows/doors.

I really like the design of the houses and flats at St Georges Fields. They are well thought out with every inch of space accounted for. They are made with real people in mind. We live in a one bed flat with our own front door access and have really enjoyed our time living here. It has every facility you need to live comfortably. We started off with a few teething issues which were quickly rectified by Morris Homes and have yet to have any other queries/concerns with the building.
