Tye buildings are nicely built in a way that we think suite the area . They are very easy and accessible for those in more need and have a good amount of parking facilities. They ensure that people have privacy and allow us as a family to live in peace

Adding alarms for door and stuff helps with the idea of no theft. Very safe. Building management is great was painted a few months ago as well. Love the design how it’s modern and has a good structure to it. Facility is awesome too have a lot available also simple life provides with different opportunities to win things and shows it’s helpfulness

Great design however things could be bigger ie bigger bedrooms. Walls can be quite think and paint removes easily. Needs to have a larger and sturdier feel (new build problems) also the garden soil wasn’t the best with lots of debris from building under making it hard to grow and maintain the grass

The building has good design very comfortable well insulated and environment friendly apart from a few issues such as walls craking plaster falling off some places or paint coming off the house has very little storage options, building management is alright as some minor esthetic issue never get fixed after raising them but generally no major issues

The design of our property is okay. I would of preferred if the appliance that came with the property (I.e fridge/freezer) was upright as posed to side by side. The property being a new built one is already showing signs of defect (cracks, bubbles, paint stripping) which I didn’t expect to happen so soon. I could report this issue to our mantainence team for them to action but on previous occasions, I was not given any hope so I’m not sure if these issues would ever be taken seriously and resolved accordingly.
