We believe the best information about a residential development comes from the people living there. Owners and tenants have a lot of useful information to share with their prospective neighbours, not just on the property itself and its locality, but also on the developer and the building’s management.

Sheasby Park is located in Fradley, close to the village centre and 4 miles from the medieval city of Lichfield. The development benefits from close proximity to transport links. Sheasby Park offers a mix of 2, 3 and 4-bedroom properties. In addition all homes have garages or allocated parking.

Bellway's management is awful. The public green spaces are poorly maintained. Turf is terrible, and weeds just allowed to grow around the pond. Roads take an age to complete. The area itself is pleasant and Fradley is a nice place, but avoid Bellway at all costs.

Bellway are extremely hard work. They don't keep promises, 'lose' any records that are inconvenient to them and have repeatedly trespassed upon and damaged our property. Take great care before buying here.

I specifically didn’t write a review straightaway as I wanted to settle in and be in a position to write a considered review. The Bellway team have been nothing short of excellent. As with all house exchanges, there will be questions and minor issues. Where the Bellway team have excelled is their responsiveness to our queries, professionalism and helpfulness. Our concern before we exchanged was the fact that Bellway were still building near our home, however I’ve been working from home and there is no noise issue, the area is spotless and there hasn’t been one indecent of inconvenience. A++

Moved here when development was in it's infancy, was pleased to move in to a quiet location and thankful to have nice neighbours. Quite a lot of minor issues, but Bellway did deal with them quickly, even if you did get builders just turning up unannounced. Builders are friendly chaps with a nice manner. One thing though, If you get indoor painting snags, do them yourself, the bloke they used was awful, made it worse than it was before he arrived. Garden flooding took longer to resolve, over a year, but if you keep nagging eventually things get done. Disappointed that the green space is now planned to be built on, wasn't bothered about it being a pub or not, as the Swan is within easy walking distance, but that would have been the only bit of green space left around here, well not for long, if it's green, then it'll be built on seems to be the way around here now. A decent array of shops nearby, shame no GP surgery. Transport links, great if you drive, terrible if you don't. There are buses, but infrequent and no Sunday service anymore, but if people don't use them, then they get cut, not everyone drives, but being in the minority it really does isolate you if you fit into this bracket. Everyone has two parking spaces, but some are incapable of using them, blocking pavements instead, and worse, blocking view of traffic for those exiting side roads by parking on bends, Tye Road in particular suffers here, no wonder so many are moving off that road. Bin day, no real place to put your bins, just out in the tarmac pavement, everyone manages to get them out on time, but some just leave them out for days, sometimes all week before taking them back in, just makes the place look untidy, it's simply things that make or break an new development. Broadband, phase 1 is pretty much Virgin only, BT infrastructure is made of string and paper cups, I hear phase 2 is full fibre, so there you have choices, phase 1 it's a choice between slow or expensive. Mobile signal, can only comment on EE, but's its pretty much unusable indoors.

Very nice area especially around the pond. Missing some kids area, and sport area, Some small details can be improved and give better impression for the development, sewers cleaning, walkways finishing .. Halifax avenue is something that must be improved, not sure about who is entirely responsible but neiiand Bellwsy we are a collateral damage.
