We believe the best information about a residential development comes from the people living there. Owners and tenants have a lot of useful information to share with their prospective neighbours, not just on the property itself and its locality, but also on the developer and the building’s management.

Design is good apart from the bins, a room downstairs full of bins often overflows, regularly gets left for a number of weeks and during summer they can begin to smell quite bad which permeates throughout the building.

The design is amazing. Facilities are all covered with lots of help if needed. The management of the property could be slightly better due to issues we have had for example underground parking. We have had tickets on our cars because we haven't been given access to our car parking spaces underground

The design, facilities, and building management were advertised, and I was attracted and moved in December 2021. However my expectations become low after a few months of living here unfortunately, the clubhouse lounge should be ready but to date today it did not happen and the property management is really awful due to the lift being broken 3 times during the time I am living here at Saxon House. There is not a single security guard to keep eye on Saxon House until he came in May 2022 and there are reports of robberies. There are CCTV cameras but only applied to the ground floor, nothing on floors 1 to 5.

Brand new development, fresh and modern design. Spacious and very clean. Everything is new. Friendly developers and management company. Very accommodating for any concerns. Facilities are available including 24 hour security onside which makes it very safe.

Antisocial behaviour goes unchecked e.g it is not uncommon for people to play music load till 3 or 4 am even on weekdays. Parcels are always stolen as the letter boxes provided are far too small so couriers leave them in the lobby. At least one of the Lifts are almost always broken, which can be very very frustrating. Small pieces of damage go unfixed for large periods of times e.g the trim on stairs, marks on walls etc. Additionally, recently a cctv camera was ripped out the roof by a lift and this was left broken and hanging down with loose wires for over a week, the doors in this area, bringing into question the safety of the building.
