The EPC rating is excellent, I never turn on my heater during the winter. And there is plenty of sunlight during the summer time, I don’t turn on my lights before 8:30pm now, it’s nice. However, the lift was out of order frequently, and hot water as well especially during the long weekend, it’s very inconvenient.

Great spacious flat design with lots of light. Get very warm in summer. A bit difficult to hear up in winter with the floor heating, which boost energy bills. Very quiet area in heart of bristol, you can sleep well without any noise coming from the street.

Good build quality and amenities, the only issue is the lift which is sometimes out of use. Overall RQ is a good development and we are happy living here. As the flat is well insulated we rarely have to have the heating on and the flat is very energy efficient to run.

The building is well designed, well insulated and attractive. Generally services work well and repairs are seen too quickly. Some issues with communal areas such as lifts, bins, break ins and parcel theft. Still ongoing so not dealt with quickly. Management quick to respond but often can make excuses for lateness.

The building manager is very responsive to issues and proactive when things aren’t quite right. Cleaners do a great job and are very friendly. However, still issues with theft when couriers leave things in the entrances and still haven’t received guidance on how to set up a secure box in the less secure locker room. Theft an issue in all these developments nearby though, just need to make sure to be speedy with parcels
