Ever since the new management service company POD were appointed in January 2020. QMG has indefinitely taken great strides having made several improvements with our private development with much greater focus and determination.

i would like for it to be more spacious. We have three bedrooms but would like them to be bigger. We could personalise them and make the house feel more home-like. It's also a nice community to live in.

Rent before but recently bought the flat two months ago. It's pretty average and we still have to work on it. We're planning to change the wallpaper. The building has problems will the boiler and i think it's not designed very well.

Its an amazing environment where its nice throughout the year but during the summer it gets quite hot. Since it closer to a school And a motorway it gets extremely noisy. Its also close to nature and has a nice balcony view.

There are two toilets so its really nice. Every bedroom could fit at least a small double bed and a wardrobe. the kitchen, living room and the balcony is quite big. Overall I think this is friendly neighbourhood.
