We believe the best information about a residential development comes from the people living there. Owners and tenants have a lot of useful information to share with their prospective neighbours, not just on the property itself and its locality, but also on the developer and the building’s management.

I like the location a lot because there’s green spaces which are family friendly. I feel safe with the 247 concierge and my favourite room is the living room with the balcony which I use to grow tomato’s - it is a well lit space. Building management is good.

The apartment has large spacious rooms suitable for families and the development itself is very modern. It did not come furnished. It is very safe as there is a 24 hr concierge, cameras all around, it is a well lit area and a police station next door. The building management is very quick to respond to the minor issues with the building and are even pre-emotive. For example they are upgrading the air conditioners to prevent it breaking in the future.

The area has nice people, limited community because it is a flat but the apartments are very secure and the building management is prompt to deal with issues such as the air conditioning. The location is great because there’s good access to buses and trains.

It's well connected here, the tube is really close, I like the restaurants here they're all pretty good, we have plenty of shops nearby which is great. I really like the concierge its 24hr and has excellent parcel pick up services, they also do dry cleaning, they'll call you a taxi etc.

The district line is quite bad and not reliable but there is the overground so there’s still decent connections to central London. The views are lovely and I love being by the river and the restaurants although it can get loud at night but it is still a safe area.
