We believe the best information about a residential development comes from the people living there. Owners and tenants have a lot of useful information to share with their prospective neighbours, not just on the property itself and its locality, but also on the developer and the building’s management.

very poor quality and always in repair. bad layout and you will need to lose a few items to fit the rooms you will need a AC unit in the summer as rooms can get over heated extra lock on windows if you have children extra security for your door to drug takers getting into buildng

The area is nice to a certain't extent, however there is a bit of crime that goes on which isnot pleasant especially for young children who are easily influenced. Other then that it's really nice living here as it is close to the local schools and shops. I would recommend it for those reasons.

The flat is spacious enough with modern features suitable for my partner, I and our new born. I like the little greenery hedges and flowers around the court yard. I love the neighbourly community here but hate the fact that strangers to the community can just waltz through our outdoor courtyard and start a nuisance. We have a problem with some rowdy youth coming here to play football at times. However, the property is value for money.

I love this building, the location is perfect for my familiyy. The parking is good and easy to use however I have a dislike that in front of my building is used as a footpath so can get quite noisy and difficult to get out of my driveway at times

The flat itself is a decent quality interior design with all the amenities we need for the family. The landlord left some nice paintings on the wall. We also do not pay much as we used to pay when we lived closer to central London. However, the area has a few safety issues starting from our open courtyard which can be crossed by anyone coming as a stranger. There are speed bumps to slow down those driving through but people who do not live here often do not care and can drive fast at times. It is not safe for kids playing in the court yard! Our balcony is also a low hanging glass structure and I am afraid my kids might go over it in their play time. There is supposed to be protective scaffolding but not all flats in the site have it around the balcony. I also dislike the landlord and his management service. He does not fix things as quickly as we want or respond to our queries with as much care anymore.
