We believe the best information about a residential development comes from the people living there. Owners and tenants have a lot of useful information to share with their prospective neighbours, not just on the property itself and its locality, but also on the developer and the building’s management.

For as much as the location is perfect, everything else is far from it. We moved in when the development started construction nearly a decade ago and it's been incessant noise since. The contractors are rude and disrespectful to the area (littering, cursing, etc.). Service fees are extortionate and property management is clueless. It was found recently that our building has a compromised foundation and poor cladding. Some residents have been forced to move. Others are worried about accruing additional charges for repairs or problems with reselling. It's a mess. Typical London, though. You don't get what you pay for and they ask you to pay even more.

Building and facilities are fine, but the property management is poor. Very high service charge and poor communication. The gym is ok, but has not had any new equipment for 7 years. Concierge is 24 hours and helpful to have during the day, but no need for nighttime service.

It's a safe area in which to live right along the river. Nearby park is beautiful. Transport links to anywhere around the city are easy to access. Have everything you need nearby - shops, restaurants, pubs. The area is growing. Unfortunately that also means constant construction and the noise pollution that comes with it. Service fees are ridiculous. They keep going up without reason. Seems like there's no recourse for residents to fight these increases.

The design of my buildings is what I like most and they’re building newer ones close by which is nice but the place may become overcrowded! It’s a nice and quiet area now and those who live here are mostly business men/women so it’s maintained relatively well too.

I like my building overall, it’s spacious and there is nothing wrong with it really. It would be nice if there were restaurants closer to the flat but that is quire inevitable really. It’s a nice and quiet area to live in.
