The development is lovely has a real sense of community. They have made all the buildings very aesthetically pleasing and kept green spaces etc. the property management team are the best Susan Lauren and Karl are so accommodating and helpful. Always really quick to respond and help and also so friendly. We always stop to say hello/quick chat! Facilities are very good love the coffee machine! It’s a really lovely development. We are a family of 4 and have felt very settled and welcome.

A nice development with descent common spaces. The Recycle room is very important. A very nice kitchen and spacious rooms. The ground floor has common spaces you can use which is very usefull for working or relaxing or have a cup of coffee. The Parking is an issue.

Overall very clean and presentable. It's also very quiet with minimal noise in the area and from surrounding residents. Residents have been lovely and social. Clean and practice apartment layouts which are fully functional. Had a slight hiccup with the WiFi but was quickly resolved

The flat is amazing, really spacious and we have an amazing balcony too with a good view. Property management team (Susan, Katie and Amanda) are amazing too, all very friendly and keen to help with any questions or issues that may arise. Great place to live! There’s communal games room, a work from home room and a private dinning area available to book too! Also pet friendly too! We yet to have a dog, but we look forward to having our own someday.

Susan, Katie and Nigel are nice people. They give big helping hand to my family very efficiently and with sincere care. They are the most beautiful and appreciative in One Canelside. They are kind and working with beautiful hearts. Visitor car park arrangement must have to improve.
