We believe the best information about a residential development comes from the people living there. Owners and tenants have a lot of useful information to share with their prospective neighbours, not just on the property itself and its locality, but also on the developer and the building’s management.

The building is in a great location with excellent facilities and building management team. However, one year on after moving in, the construction is still going on and residents need to wait say 10 minutes for the lift! The windows are automatically inactivated (hijacked!) very often and hence there is no ventilation or fresh air. The air-conditioning turns on and off automatically... The building management from St George has been rather unsatisfactory. Utility bills are very opaque and proprietary, some of the infrastructure completion in the flats is simply shoddy and hurriedly done, due to which things don't work including heating for example. Responses and actions from customer services is very slow and doesn't always resolve the issues. On the other hand, the front desk team is excellent, the facilities are great.

Theres only one lift in the building which has made moving in to the building really difficult and the builders use the same lift which has caused a significant delay to my plans. Its been really inconvenient.

I bought this flat 5 years ago and i really like that its so central with it being on the river, its a bit annoying that there are so few bus services around here that go about, but the tube station is really close

Aircon repeatedly fails in flats and facilities - residents not informed when not working in facilities and not fixed after months of complaining. Communication is poor from facilities and building management. Incredibly loud creaking noise when windy making it unable to sleep at night. Exec lounge is not exclusive to resident with local residents and businesses able to use it at the same price as residents - £50 an hour.. St George are able to use the lounge and I have frequently been told to move because they want to use it with no notice. Concierge team are great and when facilities work they are also great however given how many times I have been let down, things still not fixed in facilities and flat after months plus the poor communication I would not recommend renting here.
