We believe the best information about a residential development comes from the people living there. Owners and tenants have a lot of useful information to share with their prospective neighbours, not just on the property itself and its locality, but also on the developer and the building’s management.

The design of the building is adequate, resembling that of a service apartment or hotel. It provides a comfortable and functional living space, but lacks any unique or outstanding features. The maintenance of the building is a major concern. The lifts and hot water supply frequently malfunction, causing inconvenience to residents. The downtime of the lifts is particularly problematic, as it can sometimes take a long time for them to be repaired. The 24 x 7 reception service is a positive aspect of the building. It provides residents with assistance and support whenever they need it. However, the cleanliness of the lifts is an issue, as they are sometimes found to be dirty and littered with rubbish. While the building has a convenient location and a good design, the poor maintenance and cleanliness issues detract from its overall livability. Residents may experience frustration and inconvenience due to the frequent malfunctions of the lifts and hot water supply, as well as the dirty condition of the lifts.

very bad management, bad network , I have tried EE , 3UK service for home network, but the signal here is very bad that I cannot work from home with normal speed of network. The rental fee here doesn't make sense. you cannot get a normal hot water supply and elevator service , they will use different excuses to mark up the price without providing reasonable service. Many tenants have already moved out.

If anything is broken, and reported to them, and you need to take a long long long time to wait for their response. Sometimes you won't get any response. You pay a lot to live here, but the organisation is sooooo bad!! The locker of entrance door in my flat was broken, it took half a month to wait for the team came to fix it .

Design of the building is average. There are two elevators, reception area. The flats are a bit small around 450 Sq Feet. If you live in the first couple of floors the noise can be rather loud if you open the windows. On the top floors its less noisy. The flats are rather warm which is handy in the winter but awful in the summer.
