The design of n°4 Upper Riverside is fantastic, modern and minimalistic. Really makes you feel at home. The concierges are always polite and happy to answer any questions. Facilities are also great, several gyms spread throughout the different buildings make for complete workouts.

The building design is very modern and well made. Everything has been considered and executed accordingly. The gym is a fantastic facility, having a gym in our building is also really handy if you’re in a rush. The pool and main gym is luxurious and feels like you are in a high end hotel! Management is very professional and friendly and we always feel welcome into the building.

Regarding the property management was the worst experience that I have ever been through since my rental experience… they are rude, condescending, and do not care about anything besides bullying people and get extra money than agreed with false allegations. The main person in charge in the property management is the definition of unloved person that was a bully in school and now is just a horrible human being. We have a group chat with around 400 residents in the complex and the main complaints from almost every flat are - windows are not cleaned for too long. Imagine renting a flat for the amazing views but then they windows are never cleaned and you cannot see the view clearly anymore with so much dust on the outside part of it? - bathroom smells: almost every flat, including mine had a complaint regarding a very bad smell coming from the shower, so bad that you could not leave the bathroom door open ever otherwise you could not be inside your flat. Everyone complains for so long to property management and they just basically say they do not have time to fix property issues. - heating issues in the flat have been raised in the group that people are desperate and the property management do not help. No matter how many phone calls or emails you send. - parcels issues. They created this Parcel Hub system located in the garage which every parcel can go there and then they send you a text/ email when they have a parcel for you to collect. I cannot tell you how many parcels I have lost including medication because how bad they manage this. I have photo proof that the parcel was delivered to there and I have to argue for them to look for it and give me my parcel, it’s outrageous. Many time so open packages with my name and address in the bins next to the Parcel Hub. They just misplace it in the buildings shelves, give to someone else, lose them or do not bother to give it to you… Every time that I need to other something I need to write to specific give it to me or click and collect from somewhere else which is very inconvenient. Last thing about the property management that I cannot comprehend is why do they lie so much and are such a bad team. It’s very disappointing specially because your stay in these apartments could be so high end, however the team that runs it takes all the value of it with the horrendous management, and lack of class/ education/ manners/ respect in their behaviour. Regarding the Concierge - I don’t know why are we paying this team. They do not really care about the job besides the morning team in building 2. For months the building 4 entrance door is broken and many people know the lift code which gives access to the flats (even non residents) so the concierge should be there to check who is entering the building, but no, they rather play on their phone or sleep the whole night in their desk. So many parcels have been stolen from the entrance since the door was broken and the concierge does not check who is coming inside the building. The concierge apparently is bored during the night so they decided to come up with a game to see which flat would have more complaints (this was shared from one person that belongs to the concierge group) so they would call with stupid allegations at 1 am, 2 am, etc. very disturbing the lack of professionalism. Regarding the building construction does not feel safe. When there was the famous storm early this year the building was shaking so badly and I could hear walls making some cracking noises. It was really scary. It’s a very windy area, and the wind is always inside the flat even though no window is open. I cannot close the bedrooms door without putting a sock between the door and door frame, otherwise it will bang the entire time that it is closed because of the poor design. Regarding the buildings design is amazing and what the building offers is really great. The pool and gym views are beautiful in building 2, all terraces are amazing and the interior designs are good in the communal areas. However, the apartment designs in building 4 could be a bit more neutral that would suit everyone’s likes… my bed and living space chair are pink (salmon pink), so need to keep the house that correlate those shades even though is not my favourite one. Overall this apartments had everything to be such a great place to live, but it can only achieve that when the actual owners renew the entire team and put on their place decent/ honest and good people.

Property management is absolutely horrendous. *name removed* is the single rudest person I’ve ever had the misfortune to encounter, who is the team lead for the property management team. They have driven my partner into depression with their horrible threats. I would absolutely recommend to never speak to them.

Good location, amazing designs and very modern, very professional agency and management. Building is quite clean and everything works pretty well. Free coffee at building 4, and also gym downside. There’s also library and lots of place where we can do meeting
