Moved in recently, building is well-managed, and concierges are friendly. The move-in process was especially smooth (thanks to Olivia and Maisha). The communal areas, lifts, gym and pantry shop are all great. The flat itself is the best part (of course). I did have some concerns before moving in, but from what I can tell, all those issues seem to be resolved.

Shiny and new, a well oiled machine in terms of the staff, and with everything done on the app it is a super modern experience. Great facilities, great staff and really nice apartments. Yes, it gets windy but so does every super tall building. The building has a gym, a residents lounge and snug, a private room you can hire for dinners, guest suites for rent when people come to visit... and in summer a BBQ area.. The staff are so friendly and absolutely nothing is an issue for them. It's so refreshing in London.

Great location, modern, clean, smells great. Also safe and has a good vibe. Thoughtful features such as service elevator which many other properties don't have. Better than expected WiFi included in price. Facilities also great and the lounge and snug are a great addition

Noisy as hell, both from the street and from other tenants. Management won’t be doing anything about noisy neighbours unless they blast loud music at 1am. It’s always really dirty around bin chutes with residents leaving their garbage in front of it. Lifts are constantly broken and need maintenance.
