We believe the best information about a residential development comes from the people living there. Owners and tenants have a lot of useful information to share with their prospective neighbours, not just on the property itself and its locality, but also on the developer and the building’s management.

Completed on our purchase on 30th November. And unfortunately we’ve had a fair few issues which are still not resolved. The biggest issue was the gradient of the driveway was so high my saloon car bottomed out and caused considerable damage. The site manager and sales reps all encouraged us to park on the drive which still hadn’t been topped. Having to take time unpaid to get it looked at I provided Miller with a quote and I’m still waiting for acknowledgment and approval. Whilst driving a damaged car and out of pocket on income due to me taking three days to get quotes to repair. The property was filthy when we first walked in, and the kitchen hadn’t been completed. Cleaners were sent back who cleaned the bathrooms, we have paid for cleaners to do a proper job since. There was marks on most of the walls and to top it off, the list of jobs created by the site managers during our demonstration hadn’t been completed or even started. This company allowed us to complete on a property that was far from finished and we’re still waiting around for jobs to be sorted. The front door needs to be shoulder barged to open and the lock rarely actually locks. I don’t feel as though our issues are being taken seriously and communication is beyond poor. I work in property and recommend investment opportunities to clients across our network. Miller homes will be backlisted. With Christmas in a week, our first home since getting married is tainted due to poor service and shoddy workmanship. That’s what you can expect from Miller Homes. My advice if they want you to complete by December, avoid buying that plot or any plot for that matter unless you don’t mind receiving zero Customer service and a house thats 90% completed. Poor poor show!
