We believe the best information about a residential development comes from the people living there. Owners and tenants have a lot of useful information to share with their prospective neighbours, not just on the property itself and its locality, but also on the developer and the building’s management.

Management is lacking, and cleaners are terrible. Service charge is not put to good use, if at all, whatsoever. The building design is nice, but the external cladding is not certified non-combustible and puts home insurance in jeopardy. Nothing being done by management to sort this out, other than paying fire wardens.

The development used to be great when we had a good team managing us, we had three caretakers and a concierge service but now we have one caretaker only and he does an absolutely awful job of cleaning. The standards of cleanliness have dropped massively and the service cost has increased. What is frustrating is that they used timber cladding which is now known to be flammable which means we will be burdened with a huge bill eventually for the remediation.

The main issues that I have with this establishment is the construction around gets really noisy. This tends to be quite frustrating during the weekends. The good aspects of this development is the lovely concierge that are very nice and friendly. The development is also situated close to the transport links in the area, making the commuting experience very pleasant.

I like that my space suits my needs and the living space is fantastic! There are useful safe bike storage compartments at the bottom of the flats which is good. There are stations which are close by also.

The strong points of this area include its great connectivity to other parts of London due to the tube station that’s situated closely to the development. In addition, there is a few local amenities nearby such as local stores. Furthermore, the local park nearby is also a very nice feature.
