The management is very good. The design of the building nice and compact. Easy access clean. Everything is nice and clean. Management is friendly and looks after everything. No bike parking keeping pets would be hard.

The furnishing and fitting are subpar. They carpets and blinds are old, not attractive and of poor quality. The bathroom has no storage. The flat comes with a washers, but no tumble dryer. The bin room is always overflowing. The property has very poor security and often there are break ins and squatters in the communal areas.

We have been living here about 4 years the building is fantastic and the atmosphere is really amazing , the heating under the floor and the vintallation is incredible, I’m really happy that I’m a tenant here and I think L&Q company is the best and the best confidential company

Filthy, stained walls, holes in ceilings and wall water damage from leaks still there 3 years later. Hot water failed over 15 times. Rent put up each month but quality of flats is beneath the price. Overflowing communal bins. Rubbish all around. Locks and intercom often fail.

Good: design, facilities, property management, quiet neighborhood. Bad: Bins store not always accessible because tenants throw bin bags on the floor, or leave furnitures, anti-social behavior inside the building and in the garden or on the 6th floor garden
