We believe the best information about a residential development comes from the people living there. Owners and tenants have a lot of useful information to share with their prospective neighbours, not just on the property itself and its locality, but also on the developer and the building’s management.

The design is modern and sleek. And there is a mixture of outdoor and indoor living. The canal being nearby gives a very nice ambiance. Gym is also nearby. The building also has various common areas which is kept clean and tidy. It is a good place to hang out with friends as well.

There’s a delivery pickup spot nearby which is quite convenient when you can’t be there for your delivery. Also, it’s quite safe living here as you’ll need a key to access the main gate. Also, there’s a ring panel where you can see who’s ringing the bell and open the door. There’s a staff in charge of the property management, where she will keep you updated on what’s happening to the property and notification for checking, cleaning and maintenance.

The development could have had more facilities, like an on site gym or a common space/ dinning common space. Also a 24 hour concierge would have been a plus, but the bring me box is very useful! Design-wise the development could have had a more medieval design, following the architecture of the city. Nevertheless, the current design blends nicely with the surrounding area, as there are numerous new-builds.

Building management has been a nightmare with long delays, poor quality maintenance, and lots of back and forth with the agency. Despite that, the building offers an underground parking which is very handy. There's a lift to those who prefer it, and a nice view to the canal. Garbage area is clean and maintained properly, and CCTV makes the building feel a bit more secure.

We live in a four-room apartment, the living room is quiet big. The bedrooms don’t have desk come with it but there is enough space to put one. I love the French window, but as someone who stay up every night, the curtains are somehow not working, I got waked up by the sunlight even with the curtains. Some facilities get broken pretty quickly.
