The building has a modern look and feel to it with a nice colour scheme with the exterior. The inside is designed well with regards to the layout however it would’ve been better if there was more storage. The train station is local which is nice and can use it to go to other parts of London to do things which you can’t do around here.

I like that you can get around quickly into London but dislike that there isn’t much to do nearby

I wish I knew a bit more about the area and that supermarkets are not nearby

The best feature is the design and aesthetics of the development
Safe area
My overall impression of the building before moving in was really good and it still lives up to it. It still looks clean, and new to me, the building management really look after us which i like. I wish my rooms were a little spacious but it is what it is and i’m happy with it. The area is really nice but you have to go a bit further for shops and such.

Close to langdon park station but lacks social clubs and places to eat here.

Are there any facilities you would like added, or that you have but do not use:
A resturant i think, i dont really use the gym but i know other people do,

The concierge for Lansbury square is really helpful and he always keeps my deliveries when I’m too busy to collect them, also other deliver companies like Tesco easily find my building which I didn’t have in my older development. It’s priced well for a building in London and close to transport. Always clean! And the area is kept well compared to the other areas close by.

There’s a few petty crimes around the area but nothing affecting me so far.
I really like my buildings area and the station, it’s all kept really clean.

What is the best feature of your home:
The bathrooms are really well sized and designed elegantly

I like the location as it is easy to get to work with the DLR station here. My apartment is designed nicely and there is also parking onsite which is good, but better if it didn’t come with a price. Overall I’m quite happy with the place but if there were supermarkets nearby it would be better.

I like that there are a couple of parks nearby. I dislike that there isnt much to do socially around here

I wish I knew that you had to pay for the parking here
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
To be honest not very well, they take long with quieries
New and clean
The area is lovely and so are my neighbours, the building and developments are really clean and well looked after. Id say it can get loud because of the construction close by sine i live the closest side to it, but otherwise not too noisy when windows are shut.

The buildings are really clean, what i dislike is lack of shops close by

I wish i knew the buildin managment wouldnt be as responsive as id hoped for.

New building and its easy to get to central. Good value for money too!
Really close to work
I feel that my place is well designed and also has a nice layout. It is of a decent size and I like that it looks professionally finished and of a good quality. The concierge is absolutely fantastic however the service provided by the building management could be improved.

I like that it’s close to Canary Wharf where I work however I feel that aesthetically some areas left of the station look more run down to those on the right.

There isn’t anything much really, however some residents have been told they can’t have pets whereas others have heard differently.

If I could change anything I’d like to have more living space and storage

Poplar is a fantastic location for those that work in the City or Canary Wharf. Lansbury Square, by Bellway Homes, provides a quick and easy commute thanks to nearby Langdon Park DLR station. It’s got quick links to both financial districts. Closer to home, the famous Chrisp Street Market is just a five-minute walk away.
Lansbury Square is a new development of one to three-bedroom apartments, all of which have been designed with a modern, open-plan style. Each has the added bonus of a balcony or terrace, and kitchens are smart and fully equipped with all mod-cons and lots of storage space. Living areas feature laminate wood flooring while bedrooms are carpeted. Bathrooms are contemporary, with family bathrooms comprising of a three piece suite and en suites have their own shower unit.
