We believe the best information about a residential development comes from the people living there. Owners and tenants have a lot of useful information to share with their prospective neighbours, not just on the property itself and its locality, but also on the developer and the building’s management.

It’s a very nice apartment but pretty small. It’s good quality and everything works well. The building management is good - they are efficient and quick at fixing things. It’s nice and quiet in this development. I love that the development has a gym (it’s not free with the development but at least it’s in the building). There are good connections by bus.

The apartment is good quality and spacious. However a big downside is that there is not much natural light - by apartment faces east and by the afternoon/evening it is really dark. The security is good - the development is gated and there is a concierge. The concierge is really great - always friendly and helpful. The noise is fine in terms of other residents - they are generally friendly and respectful - but the surrounding area can get pretty noisy. There have been some issues with the social housing at the bottom end of the development - for example someone there set off a smoke bomb and 6 fire engines had to come. Pets are allowed here but you have to get permission. There is also underground car parking - however this is not for all residents so I would recommend enquiring about this if you need parking. Another issue is that the kitchen is located on the corridor so I have to have the blind down in the kitchen all the time otherwise people can see straight into the apartment. Overall though I would say the apartment is very spacious for developments in this area.
