We believe the best information about a residential development comes from the people living there. Owners and tenants have a lot of useful information to share with their prospective neighbours, not just on the property itself and its locality, but also on the developer and the building’s management.

A St James development for Berkeley, Kingsway Square offers a collection of luxury apartments on the outskirts of Battersea Park. The development is situated between Zone 2’s Battersea Park and Queenstown Road stations, both of which offer speedy services into Victoria and Waterloo.

The area is well connected with many large developments being built nearby such as the Battersea Power Station development which brings with it shops, restaurants and a buzzing atmosphere. However, despite all these amenities, the area lacks a range of nearby good schools. There are only a couple of private schools nearby.

The location is served by two train stations although no tube however a tube link is being at Battersea Power Station which will be on the northern line. Specifically about the property, the management are great and the development feels very well put together.

The park is highlight of living in this area. It has great proximity to kings and knightsbridge and you can walk to those locations through the park! The best thing about the property itself is its listed character. There is access to the roof terrace for all the properties and lots of little gardens. My one dislike is the eyesore of having a huge tesco across the busy road.
