We believe the best information about a residential development comes from the people living there. Owners and tenants have a lot of useful information to share with their prospective neighbours, not just on the property itself and its locality, but also on the developer and the building’s management.

The spec in the flats is very poor. They needs to be changed as soon as you move in. There is no tiled in bathroom, cheapest carpets with no underlay, bathrooms are painted with not even water proof paint, wrong size doors, second hand lock system on entrance doors. Fair view is worth developer we had to deal with. According to them everything meets the requirements and spec.

Service at Fairview is awful. We moved in in October 2022 and we are chasing people to fix the stuff from snug list since, which some of them at the end we had to let it go as level of professionalism was below 0. Belly on the wall, uneven walls, scratched windows. Faulty kitchen equipment. Loud air pumps on the roof - these stuff were pretended to bee looked at for months. People from other flats were also complaining but they were kept telling everyone that they have never heard of this issue before. We have a group, where we are communicating between each other and tried to confront them but at the end .. they told us to get in touch with council. Oh I forgot to mention that the balconies are rusting and keeping the water still since they are not waterproof/weatherproof. The pipe provided to direct the water on the side was badly design and the water is keep dropping on our windows. Wall is getting wet and mould will appear in a matter of time... Everyone is getting same copy and paste messages. Nothing is actioned. If you can - AVOID IT ! Very cheaply made flats!!

We are very happy with the flat and the building in general. However, the state of the common areas is frankly very concerning for a new building. The common areas such us stairs, entrance, etc are showing a high level of despair after only 3 months of living here. The property management is not cleaning the place to a high standard as require for the service charge paid.

Really good design.Enough storage spaces.Communal garden available.Good big balcony. Location is perfectly great for getting all the public transports. It's just 15 minutes walk to my work, which is really very convenient. Just 7 min walk to railway, and there is park opposite to flat which is great for kids. Mostly Aldi is just near door step, which my wife is just loving and just makes our life so easy. Richmond Park is just 20 min away, we just loving it . Builders are real great, I really appreciate social activities they been organised , was great to meet our flatmates. So happy that we won a bicycle , from the kingston east bike challenge. We are really happy .

The design and facilities of each flat are great. The ongoing construction of the development is not avoidable as this project is not complete but having working men and their loud machines is very inconvenient and disruptive.
