We believe the best information about a residential development comes from the people living there. Owners and tenants have a lot of useful information to share with their prospective neighbours, not just on the property itself and its locality, but also on the developer and the building’s management.

Kingsmere, is surrounded by green open space, a village setting with a great community feel. Benefit from schools, a village centre, recreational and sports facilities, a health village, restaurant and hotel. A short walk from the designer shops and boutiques at Bicester Village.

The design of where I live is mediocre at best, good footpaths but driving wise not the best, lack of good functioning roads to get around the place, always having to go a longer way to get to a house. Facilities wise, decent, the co op is good, dominoes is alright.

The house designs, local parks are well maintained. The deigns are outstanding. The building has a 10 year NHBC guarantee and did come with 2 years builders warranty. Limited calls were made to the builder for snagging issues.

It’s great for family life, lots of things to do with children, very friendly people, young families. The cons are that there’s still a lot of construction being done, and missing a few important services, i.e. doctor’s surgery, pharmacy, etc.

The design of homes is modern and spacious. Rooms are well-lit. Some homes have solar panels but in relation to the size of the dwelling - more to meet planning requirements. Electric vehicle chargers could have been included. There are lots of children play areas integrated but most of them are not properly looked after by Countrywide. They are not visible and should do more to look after the upkeep of the development.

there are some good things to say however you have to pay more attention to the downsides for starters you have nice scenery and nice green areas with a few parks however the parks themselves lack proper construction for example the park on plumpton road has an upside down basketball hoop
