Lovely building and finished to a decent spec. bright, modern apartments. what more could you want. I don't have parking but the location is so central that you don't need it. It is a nice entrance and I've found the postal system really good. Can't really fault it.

The design of the building is a little stranger than I have seen before but it works well and the interior of the apartments are still stunning. The facilities are great, clean area for lobby and tidy Bin Unit. Space for bikes if you didn't want them outside or inside your apartment. Building management are lovely and always helpful. Property management can be hard to get a call back from if you need one, but they are lovely people and do help you.

Again the apartments are in situated between the Baltic triangle and city center so in a really good area for shopping and dining out. The apartments themselves have been poorly designed, thin walls, and overall seem still unfinished and unpolished, property management is almost non existent.

Very good service , attentive staff, very responsive , good do better with design to give a more relaxed look. Bit of low quality fittings, few flaws with carpet , low pressure on water, but overall nice warm flat, spacious if a and comfortable. Overall satisfied

The bottom floor apartments that are designed as Townhouses are really appealing and help to give a more spacious dwelling for a professional couple to co-habit. They are some issues with the quality of some fixtures and fittings e.g leaking shower screens. Every time we have required any assistance with problems or issues needing to be fixed this has been completed in good time and to a high standard. Only major issue that needs sorting asap is the lack of parking, there is a real lack of parking around Hurst Street and by not having these facilities in the current property is very disappointing and a major issue that needs to be addressed by the management company asap!
