We believe the best information about a residential development comes from the people living there. Owners and tenants have a lot of useful information to share with their prospective neighbours, not just on the property itself and its locality, but also on the developer and the building’s management.

Efficient management team. They would attend to problems and issues raised by residents. Excellent gym with plenty of equipments. Clean communal garden and parking. High spec design and plenty of storage. Access to underground parking. Very safe. CCTV in use. Very good insulation and noise insulation.

Design and facilities are great and with transport links very close by. However there is still very little to do within the area which can make living here boring. Parking is not good, there is a parking lot beneath my block however mine has been allocated a 5 minute walk away. Internet is not good, only BT and hyperoptic are options to get a reasonable internet speed.

The development has some really good facilities for example, the Gym has a lot of good equipment and concierges is really helpful. The area is very well maintained and clean . My flat is a Spacious 1 bedroom and I would say it’s suits a couple. The area is very quiet which is a good thing but there also isn’t much to do around area.

I have a decent sized flat, however I do feel like it's worth the money. The area itself is very slow and dead. I don't feel safe walking around this development at night, but I do feel safe in the development because it's secure.

The property is good for pets and has bike storage which is really useful for me. There’s plenty of good primary and secondary schools to send children also. The bedrooms are nice and spacious and my 3 bed property specifically could cater to a few more people if people wanted to stay overnight. Parking is okay but could be better, it’s understandable because of the amount of flats in comparison to the space there is for possible parking but that could still be improved.
