We believe the best information about a residential development comes from the people living there. Owners and tenants have a lot of useful information to share with their prospective neighbours, not just on the property itself and its locality, but also on the developer and the building’s management.

A St George development for Berkeley, Kew Bridge is a collection of riverside apartments. Kew Bridge Railway Station is a short walk from the development, and trains run from here to Waterloo in 30 minutes. The Underground stations of Gunnersbury and Kew Gardens are close to the development, too.

It's a good, clean and well kept development with friendly residences. Theres alot to do in this area so I love that about it. Only 15 mins to central London by car. Great scenery and great activities near by.

There’s a park nearby with the river view which is what I like and the train station which is convenient I don’t like how there’s always traffic outside, there’s so much noise of ambulances. It feels very safe here because there’s always people around and it’s very open plan.

I have lived here for 5years and I would like a bench press, I would also like there to be a more youthful presence around my area for young people.. There isn't much socialising around here. There are only pubs around here

I dislike because it's too hoody. Rented blocks are prone to dealers. Kind of dangerous here. Theres usually a lot of cat-calling later in the night so I decided to take the uber more than usual. Neighbors are okay.
