The building Design is brilliant. Lifts are super fast and it’s never been an issue to move with lots of luggage from ground to top floor. The building holds all sort of facilities, gym, Dinner lounge, family space, open garden, Nell’s Pizza and Pollen Restaurant within the building area. The staff maintains the building with super care and very helpful for any maintenance one needs. Services are quick, administrative staff is very kind and helpful. They are quick in providing any sort of documentation and information one requires before and during the stay in Kampus.

Lots of choice on apartments so something for everyone. Great on site team and reception service, clean and comfortable throughout. Management team great and quick to pick up anything as needed. Love everything about living here. Design is great, lots of space to enjoy

Great facilities in the development, including the gym, social spaces and rooftop terrace. We recently attended a Margarita night hosted by Chris and Katie which was really nice. We have had no issues with building or property management. Those at reception have been very helpful with any queries that we have had in the last six months whilst living here.

I love the design of the warehouse apartment I live in. The exposed brick, original cast iron features and large windows were exactly what I was looking for. I love the furniture package within the warehouses and it’s rare to find a warehouse style flat that comes with such good modern amenities. Would like a bit more storage though. The gym and the private dining room are my most used amenities here. The gym is very well equipped and leagues above the facilities you usually find in other apartment blocks, and means I have no need for a membership elsewhere. The private dining room is an amazing social space for parties and the terrace attached to it is a complete suntrap in summer. The building management are very responsive and in my experience have been superb. The front desk team are always very friendly and accommodating with special shoutouts to Faye, Frankie, Edmer and Chris. Nicole was very helpful throughout my referencing and leasing process, and Katie has been great with many things but specifically my blinds! Amy and Damion in the maintenance department are quick to respond to requests that are easily logged on their app/resident webpage. Community seems to be a very strong aspect to this development and it shows in the many events they put on. From lots of arts and craft socials, wine and cheese nights, breakfast clubs to their health and well-being classes and the 5-a-side football they host, there are plenty of ways to get to meet the community and make new friends if you wanted to. I’ve also attended their large parties at Seven Brother’s Brewery and The Beeswing, with DJs, food from the local restaurants and a tab behind the bar - so there is a healthy budget towards these events too!

Great gym, great co-working spaces, nice cinema. Apartments are modern and functional. Bills and documentation were processed in a timely fashion. Staff in the surrounding venues are super friendly and accomodating. Faye at reception has been especially helpful since moving in! Thank you to Faye.
