We believe the best information about a residential development comes from the people living there. Owners and tenants have a lot of useful information to share with their prospective neighbours, not just on the property itself and its locality, but also on the developer and the building’s management.

Building is secure but property management are slow and hard to contact. Security do not actively manage the building as it is run by Peabody. Flats are well built but external design is dated. Lots of empty shops in the development, hopefully these open soon.

The building staff are what make this place special. Brian and his team are an incredible asset to the building due to their level of friendliness and professionalism. My biggest complaint about the building is the lack of central air con in the hallways or overall lack of airflow. In the summer months, the halls are disgusting and it feels like a swamp. The building is incredibly well insulated however, how they didn't build each flat with at least the option to turn on air con is beyond me.

Overall buildings are great and well maintained. I guess you feel well the difference between shared ownership and private owners but other than that there nothing much to complain about. Concierge people are great and very friendly, shops inside development lacks a bit variety but they are good options too.

Great design. Modern but classic. The high ceilings give this property an extremely spacious feel. Appliances are all top notch and property management take good care of communal areas. Depending on the flat, on a cloudy day, natural lighting can appear lacking despite the big windows. Water pressure could also be improved.

Overall, we enjoy living here. The location is great in terms of restaurants, things to do and ability to get to other areas of London rather easily. The staff at the building are incredibly professional. The prices are high, but overall we are happy with our stay.
