We believe the best information about a residential development comes from the people living there. Owners and tenants have a lot of useful information to share with their prospective neighbours, not just on the property itself and its locality, but also on the developer and the building’s management.

Invicta is a residential development with a range of one, two and three-bedroom apartments. Located on Bristol's Harbourside, it is only a short distance away from various waterfront attractions. This is in addition to various nightlife options and the City Centre's shopping outlets. Bristol Temple Meads station is less than a mile away, which has links to CrossCountry, GWR and South Western Railway services.

A choice had to made quickly of all that had been seen in various areas of the city. So it was settled that modern architecture and amenities, big picture windows, South orientation, the water-front, no street in front, food shop, and Stark's Fitness.

I would strongly recommend if you are looking for a modern, small apartment in a lively, central position. Ideal for young professionals. The building is in a central position, and Harbourside is charming in so many ways. It is quite (very) expensive, though.

Design has flaws, and I was recently almost hit by a cyclist whizzing past the entrance to Block B - could have ended really badly. Also, currently there's scaffolding going up around Block A of Invicta and there has been no correspondence about this from the property management - I was actually barricaded in today because they blocked off pedestrian access in and out the building.

Designed needs a lot of repairs and with the lack of communication with the property managers to help. Love the property but the issues are causing more problems then it’s worth living here. The residence turn over is so high because of these issues

Invicta is really well insulated, which means that I rarely use heating. Facilities like the weekly rubbish removal, cleaning of communal areas and of windows are really appreciated. Building and property management always promptly respond to queries and issues.
