We believe the best information about a residential development comes from the people living there. Owners and tenants have a lot of useful information to share with their prospective neighbours, not just on the property itself and its locality, but also on the developer and the building’s management.

Great area. Friendly people. The high street can be improved, not always nice to walk down at night. Build quality all very good, with very good maintained. Nice rooms and we'll designed. Would ideally like a slightly larger kitchen, but was fine when I first purchased the property. Great for children to place outside, every parents watches out for everyone's children. Speed bumps recently installed for the children's safety. Love the house overall.

Holmesgate place is truly a hidden gem , lovely place to live . No close shops near you, so driving is key. There is a company that maintains the grounds, so it's always clean and the vegetation is always trimmed beautifully .

This is a really quiet and friendly neighbourhood that has excellent facilities. The area is very peaceful and is safe for children to play in. The homes have solar panels which did not store the heat properly but were fixed quickly.

Nice place, pretty architecture and landscapes. Not so cheap, but neighbours are very nice and helpful. Quite safety and clean. Need to look out for teenagers, they are not so nice and destroying things sometimes. Close to center London by train and very short way to local shops.

Poor maintenence, leaks in roof, poor build quality. Always rapair work going on all around. Drainage is poor, occasionally smell of drains and sewage. Good services nearby, shops, hospital etc Good design of property itself. These town houses are less fashionable now, three floors can be inconvenient with family and children. Very good value! Peaceful, and great community feel. Shared areas maintenence is very good, all well kept.
