We believe the best information about a residential development comes from the people living there. Owners and tenants have a lot of useful information to share with their prospective neighbours, not just on the property itself and its locality, but also on the developer and the building’s management.

The design is mostly well thought out, there are plenty of parking spaces and bays. Houses don’t feel cramped or on top of one another. House entrances are mostly staggered unless you are in the town house style properties. I love how they have used features from the old village and tried to keep styles in keeping. The road names after bricks are a lovely touch to the history of the village too.

The house is perfect for one or two people, and the garden is quiet and private. The walls seem a little on the thin side and the downstairs bathroom gets very cold in the winter if no heating on. The road is still yet to be fully complete (resurfaced properly) and the road exiting the new estate is yet to be finished.

As mentioned above, we've lived in the house for over two years now and we haven't had any major issues with it. Yes, now the house settled, cracks have started to appear, however its nothing to complain about. The only issue I have is that because they're still building houses, our house looks directly at the site office but that'll go soon enough

The area is very well maintained and always looks brand new. The parks are very well kept and have a wide range of different parks to visit. There is a village shop, takeaway, salon and supermarket as well as a post office in the village. The quality of the area is very good and laid out very well.

Design of the area is good, some areas could be maintained better more often. Plenty of outside space that’s lovely to walk around. It’s nice and quiet now but I believe it will change once the other 1000 homes being built at the brickworks will ruin the quiet and tight community already in Stewartby.
