All over the above are adequate. The road network in HG would be improved if/when double yellow lines are implemented. Other than that it's pretty good getting around HG. The house us designed really well and we are very happy with the room layout. All good.

Two years for correcting snags. 10 year warranty. Could improve services. Design are adequate. Sometime difficult to get through to management to receive help. Could use better materials for building a home. Improve roads. Care more for the development not just cost.

The building and property management are abysmal. Persimmon as a company are terrible. Loads of places left untreated. We had loads of leaks in our house, the roads ruin your car, workers are rude. Customer service is shocking. Just avoid this place.

The design of the estate is generally good but the roads are narrow in places. The roads are still unmade after over 2 years living here. We are charged an annual fee for maintenance of the development but the company have never done anything. When it rains several of the roads flood and the main road gets so bad you have to drive on the wrong side to avoid it.

Persimmon Homes after customer care is very poor. We received our new house keys with a broken gas meter box. We informed them within the week we received the keys, have been following up with their customer care for last 28 months and we were given random excuses and told that new gas meter box is ordered. After two years of continuous followup now customer care says that 'they can not do anything about it and we have to get a new box fit at our own cost". They are busy selling the house with extremely poor customer care.
