We believe the best information about a residential development comes from the people living there. Owners and tenants have a lot of useful information to share with their prospective neighbours, not just on the property itself and its locality, but also on the developer and the building’s management.

Building management is decent, always see caretakers and cleaners. Had issues with meter readings being incorrect on numerous occasions. Lovely communal outside space in the courtyard which is well kept. Lifts work well and fixed quickly when broken. Have an amazon locker in carpark which is fab. Very secure with lots of security features.

The development is good overall but there are some issues no parking unless you take an annual space, damp and mould on the windows and parcels going missing. There needs to be more secure storage for parcels not just an Amazon locker. More consideration for the residents health with the mould growth

Flat is a good size and well layed out. Great value. Repainted for us to move in. Large parking facility is essential for living in Manchester due to lack of public transport such a London. It would be nice to have co working space and events, or some social aspect. Brilliant location. Some aspects a little dated and lacks amenities of BTRs, but great for the price.

Whilst a slightly dated building itself, Flint Glass Wharf is a well serviced building with good building management and prompt maintenance when required. Fittings and fixtures are now not as contemporary as they might once have been and the apartments don’t really command the price they are now being raised to. The building is also quite noise transparent in terms of hearing your neighbours.
