We believe the best information about a residential development comes from the people living there. Owners and tenants have a lot of useful information to share with their prospective neighbours, not just on the property itself and its locality, but also on the developer and the building’s management.

A secure and very we’ll maintained/managed development. It’s always clean! Friendly porter available during the weekdays. Added bonus of hyperoptic super fast broadband which always works and ideal in the current situation. There’s also a secure underground car park. Everything works in the place!

The apartment is bright and spacious and modern, I really enjoy living there. The staff inside are really nice but the elevator is constantly out of use which is a real pain. There isn't anything I majorly dislike.

The apartment itself is good and relatively modern which I like. I don't tend to use much in the area as the facilities near my work are better. The stairwells almost look unfinished in places which is annoying. Building management are quite slow.

The apartment itself is really good and spacious. Being next to the river is fantastic and I have a young daughter and we often go on walk together. The owner of the hotel also owns some apartments and when the hotel is full he rents them out which is annoying. He wants to build a rooftop bar which means there will be guests walking through the apartments which is again annoying. There are a few new builds pipping up which will effect my light which is annoying.

I wish that the flat had more window openings as it is quite stuffy otherwise. The lifts often do not work properly for months at a time which is extremely annoying. Although there is a spa and restaurant I don't tend to use them. Don't use the facilities.
