Very convenient and central location. The Nine Elms area is becoming one of the best addresses in central London.

The heating and utilities are incredibly organised but tricky to navigate. Read the manuals thoroughly and ask questions.

Keybridge is a lovely, modern development. It will be great when the site is finished. There’s still major disruption in the area and a lot of noise.

Noise, dust, constant disruption of facilities

Drilling work inside the building. I need to work often remotely and there’s a crazy noise inside the block during the day which makes the living unbearable.

Brand new, modern, spacious and great location.

Love how close it is to west end. Only 4 stops from Oxford Circus. If you have a car, parking is a nightmare as you have to park on the streets. Since the development is still under construction, it is loud from all the drilling, hammering, etc

There was a power outage a couple of weeks ago and the noise is too much inside the flat we have to use noise cancelling headphones

Close to the tube station and the park . It is great to have big Sainsbury near by too

I like that we have the gym here. It would be nice to have the swimming pool opened soon too. The concierge is good as well. We don’t have air conditioning here which I dislike.

It is a bit noisy because of the construction outside. We have a gym and a swimming pool which is currently under construction. The flat is not too bright and not too much luxury . It is fine for myself.

It is close to Vauxhall station and this is what I like the most. It is close to Sainsbury ‘s where I love , under 10 minutes walk only.

Overall a lovely development. Lots of maintenance issues. Not satisfactory for the price paid.

Wish I’d known how poor maintenance was. Too many instances of lifts not functioning. And turnaround time to resolve is too high. Responses from the maintenance team are slow.

The location close to Vauxhall station is the biggest selling point. The Concierge staff at Keybridge are all wonderful and very helpful. But the building design is quick and cheap with flaws. It looks nice at first glance but once you live there for a bit you realise that corners were cut and things could have been done a lot better with more attention to detail.

Overall, I could say that keybridge left a very good empession on me. I don’t feel disappointed. The design of the apartment is good, it has all the necessary things like bed, sofa, two tables, a very good equipped kitchen, washing machine, inetrent and heater. However, in my view the design is a little bit simple and it looks kinda “empty”, this could be resolved by adding a carpet, pictures, etc. But personally to me it’s not that important. The building itself is also very good, always clean and maintains a good level of security. Concierge always helps and keeps very professional and nice attitude. The facilities may be a little bit lacking since there is only a gym but I guess this will be resolved when the main building will be opened. The value for the apartment is reasonalble, I plan to extend the contract for another 2 year since I really like this apartment.

The location is just perfect to me since there is a big bus station in vauxhall that goes pretty much to every corner of London plus there is a railway station. Also near the Keybridge there is a big super marker which is super convenient. However the area lacks good restaurants.

I wish I had known that the heater in apartments can work with even more power. Originally I thought that the heater in apartment works poorly so I bought a seperate heater for £40. Then it turned out that the heater was turned off in my apartment completely. And when it was fixed, everything became fine again.
