In addition, residents can access the Keybridge Club Lounge, featuring informal seating areas, a hot desk area and meeting table as well as WiFi access. Very convenient and central location. The Nine Elms area is becoming one of the best addresses in central London.

The heating and utilities are incredibly organised but tricky to navigate. Read the manuals thoroughly and ask questions.

Spacious apartment, happy with design, new and clean gym facilities, and an excellent 24hr concierge team. Doors to our block (in the common areas) seem to break easily and takes time to repair. Our property manager is unfortunately extremely difficult to get in contact with – never picks up the phone, and takes at least 1 week to reply emails on average. Moved in 3 months ago – had to pay off energy bill of previous tenants in order to have hot water. Had to chase this up multiple times and finally received our refund for this months later. Unsure why it took a2 dominion over 1 month to set up our Vital Energi account (again had to chase this up multiple times) when I assume this should be done before we moved in? Dishwasher was broken before we moved in – took 1 month for a replacement to be installed. Mattress had bloodstains on it, but this was replaced immediately which was great. Few other minor broken items in the apartment which were raised with the property manager few months ago still waiting to be fixed – was told the voids team would be in contact with us this week.

Excellent area with convenient transportation links (trains, tube, bus), lots of excellent local restaurants to dine at, Sainsbury’s Superstore located just around the corner and few local parks that are always kept clean and tidy.
No high street around here – so will need to travel slightly further to get to a bank, post office and retail shops etc.

Different flats have different features – e.g. induction vs electric stove tops, some have air conditioning, wine fridges etc

What is the best feature of your home:

Very handy to have a 24hr concierge team (who are all very friendly) to sign for any deliveries.

We moved during the peak of the lockdown which was stressful, but the development made it carefree and relaxed. It was great! Additionally, our apartment was in perfect condition when we moved in; everything was clean and the quality of the furniture exceeded our expectation!

The area is fabulous! Our building is still undergoing construction and will provide even more opportunities for the area. I don’t dislike much but if I could change one thing I would have included a larger pool/spa facility.

How long the construction would be going on for.

The wardrobe space in our bedroom is any girls dream!

The development is new with excellent finishing of the apartments. Gym and pool facility excellent. Property is well managed with 24/7 concierge service. Nicely decorated garden and space. Modern yet authentic building design. Highly recommended.

The tube is nearby with good accessibility in general. May not be the best choice for families.

There were still some contruction woeks going on. It was little noisy for a limited period of time.

Yes. Response is swift to the issues raised. Maintenance done on a timely manner and overall premises well maintained.

Everything is perfect apart from property management, where reaction time is disappointing, if you get an answer at all. We have moved in more than a month ago, and since then we still could not get additional entrance door keys (we only have one to share with my partner), could not get an approval and solution on changing the bed which is way too small, and we still cannot open our balcony doors. We tried the online platform, sending e-mail, as well as contacting a2dominion through phone. The only issue they fixed to date was our bathroom door which we could not close.

Local amenities, shops, restaurants and transport links are all perfect, probably the only thing we dislike is the amount of trains that pass by our window each day. Noise canceling of the windows is really good, but still disturbing at times. However that is more the fault of the flat, it is not applicable to the whole development/area.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Exactly how many trains pass by each day, and how slow the reaction time of property management is.

If there is one thing you would change about your flat or property what would it be:

More light in the bathroom would be most welcome, there is no lamp above the mirror, what other flats in the very same building have.

Very good facilities such as pool and gym and helpful reception and management in the building. Maintenance staff also very friendly and helpful. Only issue is noise from trains and construction and dust from nearby building sites

Love the design, modern and clean yet still has character. Clean and spacious, friendly staff alongside good service. However can be slow in processing mail and packages alongside requests such as new keys needed and questions about heating and energy use

Facilities, service at concierge and style of buildings are great.

One negative point is property management. There were illegal parties during COVID 19 in the penthouse and A2 wasn’t proactive enough to prevent it from happening.

Massive Battersea park nearby. Perfect location for young professionals.

Overall great! Big windows which brings a lot of natural light into the flat. Everything is new and easy to use. Thick walls so we don’t hear the neighbours. Enough storage space. The concierge have always been really helpful and friendly.

Very close to a big sainsburys and the tube/rail station.

Motorcyclists are extremely loud on the road

Good facilities with the gym, could do with some more equipment.

The bike storage needs sorting out, if you don’t live in the main block, can’t access bike storage quickly or easily. Good quality apartment, good finishing through out and bathrooms.

Still awaiting meter readings – can’t access with help from management, slow response / ignored emails.

Nice spacious balconies, concerieyge is good and helpful, taking packages and booking the gym during covid.

The buzzer system could be improved.

Great transport links and local shops (little Portugal) is great and nine elms Sainsbury’s.

That WiFi is set up and ready to go once account is activated. More instruction on the heating credit and paying for electricity as well.

Kitchen storage, needs better use of the space, there are lots of dead cupboards
