We believe the best information about a residential development comes from the people living there. Owners and tenants have a lot of useful information to share with their prospective neighbours, not just on the property itself and its locality, but also on the developer and the building’s management.

The development is good, it is very big renovation area. I wish London to have more like this in many others places in the city. The building have had few security issues, due to not having concierge, and sometimes we get parcels stolen, good we have a great community in the building, and we try to help each other. Property Management is the part that we lack the most, we barely see them or know about them. Flats are having few small issues and it is getting difficult to solve them through the Housing Association. e.g: window cleaning was meant to be 2 a year and the first time we moved it took like 10 months or more to have them clean.

Great location and slowly improving amenities. Close to shops and transport links are very good. Nice to live and slowly the area is improving. Good gym and supermarket in area. Nice park and open spaces to enjoy in summer time. Good coffee shops. Concierge is improving very slowly due to change in management

The development is well organised, with nice facilities and plenty of diversity. The building management however is slow to deal with issues, so your experience will likely be very hit or miss. It's also gotten a bit pricey, to a point of wondering if its even worth the price.

Mangement is okay, sometimes a little slow. Design is good. Facilities are fine - more brunch spots needed! Best: location and newness. Bad: only the renters can use the gym (why not shared ownership owners?!) and the courtyard has turned into a doggy latrine - which seems pretty gross and not good for kids.

I picked the development because of the location and amenities (resident's gym and garden). The flat is also reasonable size and the decor is okay. However, the building seems to have been built haphazardly and fixtures are low quality. Moreover, the management is incredibly slow to act - we have dealt with a penetrating damp for almost 3 months. It caused huge swaths of mould to spring up on three bedroom walls, despite it being a new building! Despite incessant follow-ups, the management did not take the investigation seriously until two months after the initial report, forcing us to breath in fungal spores throughout the Lockdown. Turns out an upstairs neighbour's washing machine was not installed properly, which caused a massive leak across 4 floors. Once diagnosed it was fixed in 2 days.
