Ideal first time buyers property. Lovely sized back garden for us, driveway is away from main road. Standard of interiors can be seen throughout, good quality kitchen appliances and insulation is brilliant, definitely keeps heat during winter and reduces energy bills.

Clean and presentable with great access to the national road network. Gardens at front and back as well as driveways for off road parking. Repairs are logged online and sorted efficiently where needed. Area is quiet and calm and everyone in the area is also friendly.

Development is nice size, around 55 houses, so not too big, which is perfect. House layout for me is very good, main downsides on layout, is little storage space and the main bedroom is too small for a double bed and 2 side tables, can only access the bed on one side but overall nice layout. I would say overall very poor finish standards though, from poor & messy gloss & paint & plaster work, poor pluming, poor woodwork/ill fitting and un level joins and doors. I feel like in depth checks have not been carried out. Some of the 'extras' costs were way over the top. Id say these to be reviewed and bought back down to regular costs. Fencing should be included in the property! £1000 for 1 side of fence is just silly. Site management are lovely and helpful, very pleasant to deal with.

There is a box in the main bedroom for the split heating system. That could be made a little bit smaller. Its a waste of space it been there. The walls could do with been a bit thicker from the wall to the other house. Still not sorted out the little fence out side the front door. Metal plates are missing

The houses on this development are nicely designed. They are modern. Light and airy interiors. The kitchen is small but well fitted out. We have had a few issues, mainly with plumbing. These were sorted by the site management team. The build is a little cheap but this is reflected in the price we paid for the house.
