One of the biggest advantages of living in East Village is its convenient location. It is well-connected to the rest of London, with excellent transport links to the city center and other areas of London. The Stratford station, which is one of the largest transport hubs in London, is just a short walk away from East Village. This makes it easy for residents to commute to work or explore other parts of London. East Village is also a very safe and secure area. The community is gated and has 24-hour security, which gives residents peace of mind. The area is well-lit at night, and there are plenty of CCTV cameras around, making it one of the safest areas in London.

Design is very modernised, suitable for commuters and families too. Great location and access to everything you need. Houses are spacious and kept clean, streets are safe and tidy with daily bin collections! Everything you could need, would renew contract.

Very pleased with our building. We have green space just nearby and my partner and I both have underground parking. Communal areas have a cleaner weekly and neighbours are friendly. Our flat is very spacious and well designed. It’s a shame that we currently have scaffolding up but I understand the importance of the works being completed

Get Living have an amazing range of developments, they’re all in great condition and ideally placed. They are expensive, but pretty much in current market range so it’s probably worth it over anywhere else. Green spaces galore, and loads of links to central or local spots like Hackney Wick. 10/10

The property facilities are well maintained. The properties in the area have a modern design. The building management is ok. The property management is good and responsive. However because of the high number of managerial steps, procedures can take longer to complete.
