High standard flat. Design and finishing of my building quite good and I’d say above average for a new build flat. Quite happy with the fact that they are low rises as well. However, I wish I had been prepared all the delays, snags and malfunctions I would face in my own flat and in the building. I had huge snags in my flat which were purely caused by carelessness of the construction company that didn’t order some parts, didn’t connect some pipes, forgot some some steps etc.. ( goes beyond the usual snags). They are also beyond delayed in finishing the development, the communal areas of my building are still not finished even though we completed 6 months ago. Other blocks still ongoing as well way behind schedule. Aftercare is quite slow, although I cannot fault the team- they seem to be overworked with very little help and resources from the management of the construction company- but when they did fix my issues they always did it well. I am a bit disappointed in the developer for not putting more pressure on the construction company to finish and fix the issues. Property management is okay. They fix the main issues when prompted but don’t seem aware of much without residents chasing. Overall, thanks to the high standards of my flat, the design and facilities we are meant to get at one point, I believe I will be quite happy with the development, but it hasn’t been an easy ride.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Earlsfield is a good area as close to both Clapham and Wimbledon so easy to get to big green spaces. Overall high street has some nice local shops such as butcher, dry cleaner etc.. nice couple of pubs as well. Probably one too many real estate agents and average nail bars at the expense of independent coffee shops, grocers and restaurants. I’d say that bin collection sometimes appears to be an issue, with bin men leaving some trash behind sometimes ( Wandsworth council side not Merton it appears). Although close to the railway I am not disturbed by either train or traffic noise at all. Huge plus for me is the Wimbledon Farmers Market on Saturdays.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing- someone moving in now wouldn’t have the teething issues I’ve had I suppose. If anything I’ve been pleasantly surprised by the area.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have yes, even though both I and my neighbours had to prompt several times on some occasions.

Nice flats in the heart of Earlsfield

The development overall is very nice, nice flats and quiet area. There is room for private car parking and a bike storage.
The only bad aspect was the developer and his/her poor/slow help for addressing the snags.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

The area is perfect for families or professionals. Close to different hotspots. 10 min to Wandsworth and Clapham, 2 minutes from the train station in Earlsfield. There is a friendly farmer market every Saturday morning and Wimbledon park is 15 min walk distant.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I would have checked parking rules first

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have responded but very slowly. They are finally managing everything better after a few months
