good location, very convenient to go anywhere in London. friendly receptionists are always around you . good-looking design for the common room. but dont have good communal atmosphere, people living here do not gather here quite often.

Great experience

Verified Resident

The building is absolutely stunning. The apartments are tastefully done and very spacious. The resident team is always so helpful. The building organises many events throughout the year so that the residents feel lik they are a part of a community. Absolutely love living here!

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

The transport links are good as Bethnal Green station is just 5 mins away. The only thing I don’t like about the location is the proximity to the train tracks. However, after a while, you get used to it..

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I was well informed by the resident team about he building. I wish I had known about the train tracks so that I could have been mentally prepared.

An amazing lifestyle change

Verified Resident

Dressage court has been an incredible property to live in. It’s best feature by far is it’s people. The staff are friendly and always helpful in any way possible. The rental process is easier then going through agencies. Once the gym is up and running the facilities will be perfect as well. Finally the social events are always great fun.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Bethnal Green is an interesting area with quirky stores, independent coffee shops and the wonderful Brick Lane market in walking distance.

Charming residence

Verified Resident

Really convenient place with wonderful staff. Dressage court is only 100m away from the central line (Bethnal Green) and the place is brand new with modern furnishing and features. As soon as you get a flat in Dressage Court, you already feel at home. Dressage Court offers a few extra you won’t find anywhere else, from a cycle storage room to a gym, not to forget the amazing roof top with a stunning view on London. It’s also minutes away from two parks, 2 grocery store and a 15 min walk from famous and vivid Brick Lane street.
Dressage Court is one of the most friendliest building around!

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

The location is fine but lack a little bit of life (but is close to main street). It’s only 2 min / 100m away from the Central Line

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing, I had the chance to visit the property before renting

Great place to live

Verified Resident

Great place to live. Location is superb. Residents team are very helpful and friendly, everything runs well and any issues are dealt with quickly. The building is very well maintained and secure. Facilities are good, an onsite gym is going to be fantastic.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Five minutes to the tube which makes getting around London really easy. Bethnal Green is a great part of East London.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Organise a viewing and do contracts directly with Essential Living. Estate agents don’t seem to know the building very well.

LOVE IT!

Verified Resident

I LOVE living at Dressage Court. Could not be happier. It’s a great place to live and the resident team are amazing! And they’re building a gym!

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Bethnal Green is really cool. Lots of cool bars and restaurants and it’s only 5 mins to the City.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Go direct to Essential Living rather than through agents.

Great experience, beautiful views and lovely staff.

Verified Resident

The building is lovely. The staff are always kind and there to help out with anything. There is an incredible sunset (and normal) view from the rooftop.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

It’s very close to the tube and underground station ! Close to markets and right by Shoreditch / Brick Lane so great for weekends as well. Not too far from Victoria Park and the Regent Canal if you want more of a quiet time. The only downside is that it is close to the rail tracks from the Overground so with open windows it can get quite noisy.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Train tracks nearby being that loud, but the windows are very soundproof so once they’re closed it’s fine.

Great experience! Especially compared to what I have heard or seen about rooms/apartments in London.

Verified Resident

Dressage Court is a new residence, very clean and well decorated. I love the fact that they want to build a community and thus, invite us to a lot of events. I also love the communal areas: the big living room and the rooftop. And a gym is being built! I also feel very secure as there is a 24/24, 7/7, concierge service in the building. The people concierge personnel is also very nice and always here to help you.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Bethnal Green is a cool area, quite young and dynamic. I like the fact that it is very close to Shoreditch and Hackney. There are also a lot of parks and cafés. The residence is also only 4 minutes away from the tube and this is very practical.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The residence is close to the railroad and it can be noisy if you open the windows. If you want to live on this side of the residence, you’ll have to be okay with train noise.

So far so good, but might not last

Verified Resident

Lifestyle and location 5 is self-explanatory, close to the coolest areas, great connections, rooftop. Design and Value are 4 because the interior is overall comfortable, but furniture could be higher quality for the price.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Many hip restaurants are popping up, the craft beer brewing scene also set a solid foothold in the arches. I feel though that the local economy is very vulnerable to Brexit, so would not expect the same atmosphere next year if things are going in teh direction as they are right now.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The basic internet download limit is very low for for flats with more than one bedroom. Regular Netflixing makes us run out quickly.
