I wish I had known parking would be limited for both me and my visitors
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Building management are not very responsive and when they do respond it is poor service
New build – comes with issues
Great thing is the development is super modern, so parking is great.
Because it’s a new build we have had lots of issues with flooding in flats due to poor pipework (multiple flats) , problems with toilets. Access to parking has been broken . Trying to fix plumbing and due to maintenance often no hot water. Quick fixes but poor quality.

No green spaces so it feels like an urban jungle
Proximity to central London is great and the town centre for shopping. Box park is great for restaurants and bars.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Brand new so there were a few issues initially about rubbish collection but they were very responsive and sorted it out quickly.
Modern & spacious
The design of my apartment is very spacious, the facilities are very handy and easy to access, the building management is very good. The property management is also up to standard as I expected it to be, but other than that im content with it all.

I was fully aware of everything i needed to know about the property before moving in.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
By getting the issue sorted as soon as they can, it may take a few days but the issue will always be resolved.
Reception and concierge are great
Any problems are looked after quickly by the concierge and they look after me well. Cleanliness is an issue in communal spaces. Nice and light flat and the views are great. Two toilets and two rooms are great. No air conditioning and can get too hot.

Like convenience of shops cash points and bus stops just outside. Also coffee shop really close.
Dislike too many people in the building , not enough infrastructure to cope
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Nothing in particular, manage complaints quickly and thoroughly.
Convenient place to live
Good facilities in the rooms and maintenance is on point if needed. The rooms are all a good size and all of the rooms have good ventilation. For the location and price there is no real complaints and a good choice

Delta Point pairs a central Croydon setting with bags of style
Once central Croydon’s well-known BT building, Delta Point is a mixed-use development of stylish rental-only homes and retail space. The local area is in the middle of a very expensive makeover, which has seen it blossom with contemporary homes, an edgy street food market and a host of new bars and restaurants. There’s a brand-new Westfield mall planned, too, with construction set to begin in the autumn of 2019 just over the road from the development.
Interiors at Delta Point are chic, bright and modern – think crisp white walls, dark-wood floors and minimalist spotlighting. Kitchens have quality appliances and feature glossy white furniture (including a built-in dining space), bathrooms are immaculately tiled, and bedrooms come with handy fitted wardrobes. Whether you go for a studio or a one or two-bedroom apartment, expect bucketloads of natural light courtesy of generously-sized windows. There are no balconies at Delta Point – admittedly a drawback, however, the floor-to-ceiling glazing means you still get superb London views.
Residents of Delta Point have top transport links on the doorstep. West Croydon Station is less than a five-minute walk away, offering direct trains to Canada Water, Whitechapel and Shoreditch. A little further south (still less than 15 minutes’ walk) is East Croydon Station, for Southern, Thameslink and Gatwick Express services and easy access to the likes of Clapham Junction and King’s Cross St. Pancras.
All in all, these box-fresh homes are well placed for discovering emerging Croydon. And, with long-term contracts on offer, tenants can really make a home here.
