brilliant apartment

Verified Resident

living in Montana is enjoyment. Everything has settled down perfectly before you move such as WIFI. The rental fee also includes water, electronic fee. Moreover, the safety index is also high and the staff is very friendly. Very recommended, if you want to quickly find a good apartment!

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

The only one place I dislike it is the Montana, Dokata, Redwood House and Cyder have to enjoy one concierge.

I’ve lived in these apartments for just over two years now. It’s high end meets hotel experience. I have excellent neighbours brilliant onsite facilities and I’m in a great location. The team are always on hand to help.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

I dislike the event days. Think it’s poorly managed and not well advertised for residents. Driving is a nightmare as all roads are blocked and no consideration for tenants. I love the accessibility to local transport food shops and restaurants

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Be cautious of event days and plan ahead. Wish I knew the mayhem and disruption it would cause

Helpful staff and easy to access london

Verified Resident

Staff are very helpful especially when looking for a place to stay or a showroom. Really easy to access central London as well and you get more for your money in central London. There are a lot of additional features such as the community areas and Wembley stadium is right around the corner.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

There is always an event going on so something to do.

Swish apartments and shared spaces in lively Wembley Park

The Montana & Dakota development is brought to you by Build to Rent pioneer, Tipi – a company on a mission to lead the UK on a ‘renting rebellion’. Typical Tipi traits include no deposits, loads of social events, and extra-special shared spaces. This place is case in point, with its cinema, state-of-the-art gym, and two residents’ lounges, complete with free Wi-Fi, Sky TV, pool tables and outdoor terraces. You can hire the lounges out for private use, too.

Montana & Dakota is made up of two residential towers surrounded by landscaped gardens and water features. There are 140 apartments here, all chic and up-to-the-minute, with muted colour palettes, open-plan living spaces and floor-to-ceiling windows. Kitchens are glossy and white, with handle-less cupboards and Bosch appliances. Bathrooms feature a gorgeous mix of tiling – shiny black brick-effect and huge mocha matte slabs. And every home comes with a balcony or terrace, with either views of the iconic Wembley Stadium or the surrounding gardens.

Montana & Dakota is one of a trio of developments designed by Tipi in up-and-coming Wembley Park. The area has undergone extensive regeneration in recent years, and has lots to offer residents. London Designer Outlet is close by, where you’ll find a host of discounted high-end names. The SSE Arena is moments away from the development, and Wembley Stadium is walkable in less than 10 minutes. Tipi regularly gives away tickets to events at each. As for the wider area, it’s exciting and diverse. There are restaurants offering the A to Z of cuisines, a fantastic market, and ample green space in the form of Fryent Country Park.

Lastly, Montana & Dakota is a 10-minute walk from Wembley Park, which offers superb links to London via the Jubilee and Metropolitan lines. We’re talking direct journeys to major areas of the capital, such as Baker Street, the West End and Canary Wharf.

Much more space

We are looking to move from a 1 bed flat in Baker Street up to North West Village in Wembley Park. We were worried about the change in lifestyle but it definitely feels like the area is coming up and from viewing the development is really nice. There is a new designer outlet by the stadium and they are building a lot of park areas/shops too. The new school should start bringing in more cafes etc too. Also I work in the city so its a direct 30min train to work, so only adds 12 mins onto my journey. Whilst I loved my previous location we would just have so much more space than we had before.
