Excellent apartments

Verified Resident

I live in the first phase of developments. Beautiful design and very spacious for a two bed apartment. Each phase tends to get better with design and facilities but never the less I am not phased as I still
Love the development I’m in and the neighbours I have.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Wembley Park has surely changed for the better. I love living here for the growing amenities such as shops and bars and restaurants and of course local transport links is amazing to commit to work and socialise. Downside I wish there was more high street shops around but other then that on the whole it’s great.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

More of an insight to the other developments and what they had to offer

If there is one thing you would change about your flat or property what would it be:

To have another bedroom at a fraction of the cost for current 3 bed apartments.

A perfect place to live

Living in this area is wonderful, near the center and with all needs covered. supermecados, nhs, leisure facilities and especially rl large shopping center and the stadium of wembley. As for housing, it is worth living in buildings of last generation with common areas, gym and cinema, “. also the floors have perfect finishes and a very good size. furniture and kitchen appliances are the latest model. I highly recommend coming to live in the area of Wembley Park, and with its phase in process this area in the future will be one of the best valued in London.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

I do not dislike anything, but if I have to say something it is a little high the previous one but when you have been living for a while it is worth it

How can I go back?!

Verified Resident

Living here has been such a wonderful experience for myself and my family. We love the service provided by Tipi. We’ve gotten so used to a concierge service, the free events put on for us and the occasional free tickets that we don’t know how we’ll come when we inevitably leave.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

The service amazing

A nice flat, good location

Verified Resident

The location of the development is great: close to transport, food and groceries.
The apartment being a new build is quite nice. The insulation also seems quite great – we hardly need to turn on the heater. The flat is not too expensive compared to ones closer to Central London, but I’ve heard it’s more expensive than neighbouring non-Tipi flats.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

The location is convenient: ~8 min walk from Wembley Park station, ~6 minutes to the London designer outlet, ~5 minutes away from the newly opened Boxpark and just 2 minutes away from a Sainsbury’s.

The usage of the Wembley Stadium and the SSE arena can cause very large crowds on some evenings which causes issues, but it’s generally managed quite well. The stadium’s noise isn’t troubling inside the apartment.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The transport link isn’t always as good as advertised – 21 minutes to King’s cross – because some trains only go till Baker Street, so you have to budget this in your commute.

Not as good as the newer buildings

Verified Resident

Tipi have nearly got it so right; I’ve not been in the newest building, Landsby, but I know that Alto is a much better building than ours. Their communal spaces, room layouts are so much better… and my rent is no cheaper than theirs.
The on-site maintenance team are also so grumpy and nearly always rude when asked to do anything.
The customer service of Tipi is fantastic though, just a shame that they are so let down by a few things and few people.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

The area itself is incredible with so much on the doorstep. The location is rubbish though and is a trek into London

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That my building would be less good than the others

Comfortable place to live in

Verified Resident

The apartment location is very good with respect to access to all necessities. Ventilated, spacious and comfortable homing. Building management is excellent, great gym and spacious play area for kids.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

I like the location n design of the apartments. Just a small concern- furniture needs to be upgraded to a more durable fit (as I have the service apartment)
