We believe the best information about a residential development comes from the people living there. Owners and tenants have a lot of useful information to share with their prospective neighbours, not just on the property itself and its locality, but also on the developer and the building’s management.

Development is cosmetically lovely but tear away the theoretical paper and you start to see all the signs of a general new build. Cheap paint - god forbid you as much as touch the wall with your office chair, that is a now a permanent mark on the wall. Same goes for appliances which are obviously cheaper appliances. Big one would be the size of fridge for the two beds. So small. And so much cupboard space. I think if you asked anyone would they sacrifice a couple of cupboards for a bigger fridge they would say yes. Our cupboards are 70% empty but the fridge is always full to the brim.

Such a neglected development by the higher management. The concierge staff are often the saving grace, always friendly and helpful. However Manchester Life as a management company are dreadful. Totally unhelpful, money grabbing, carry out zero improvements yet consistently seem to increase prices to line their own pockets.

Nice room design and rarely hear noise when you close the windows and door. Maintenance team response quick, concierge team is nice but need to improve on mail letter management. Also, there is no guest parking, which it is not convenience if friends and family coming.

Absolutely love the layout of my corner apartment. The flow of the space features an open kitchen and living room floor plan, with a large kitchen island. Lots of storage space in the kitchen- A very good space for hosting! The bedrooms are a great size and the en suites have a very large shower too.

This is the oldest of the Manchester Life buildings, but still in good condition. Kitchen is well thought out, and the bedrooms are a generous size compared to a lot of other Manchester Flats. It does overheat in summer and get too cold in winter with the supplied radiators, but is okay once you add a couple of your own heaters. The on site gym is really good.
