Colindale Underground station is the nearest transport link with connections to the Northern line. Help to Buy is also available at Colindale Gardens.

The design of the buildings are good that gives a posh mood. Although I wish that some of the minor facilities are more durable such as door locks in communal areas like the parking area and rubbish area, some were broken and maybe a reason for non-residents to get through. A bit alarmingwith regards to security .The cleanliness within the surroundings are well maintained.

cost to rent is high in comparison to some other developments that offer 2 bed flats to rent. Cost of services are astronomical, standing charge of nearly £1 per day for electrics is crazy. Concierge is good and although I do not use, the gym is also nice to have.

The development itself is very peaceful and is ideal for families to live in. There are good nurseries and schools in this catchment area and a primary school is also set to be built in the next year inside Colindale Gardens. Our building is made decently with good materials.

Good: 1. Really nice and professional concierge! Definitely a BIG PLUS and the point for me to recommend my friend to buy/rent this building. Again, huge appreciation to their help and support! 2. Well built quality of the entire property. Bad : 1. Car wash - With a lot of car parking slots within the property (especially it is apartment based), as well as a lot of public space. It is disappointed to see there is no a single space for car washing. A BIG let down to be honest as it should be a facility that benefit all residence in the property but at the same time very easy to maintain and very cheap to build. It also frustrate the residence as people need to go somewhere else and pay for service which can be done by themselves and potentially a good family activity to boost the living experience. 2. EV charging - Just by observation, there are around 30% : 70% of EV-enabled parking slots compared to non-ev slots in the residence parking. There is also a lot of open charging poles in the public area as well. However, with the 70% residence with assigned non-ev slots, the property should allow those residence to free park in the public area IF (and ONLY IF) while they are PAID to charge their car. And they should move their car back to their assigned parking slot once the charge is finished or otherwise face a penalty . This is a much better utilisation of the installed public charging poles as well as to provide a better environment and experience for resident that is planning to/purchased a EV but with a non-ev assigned parking slot. I am sure by doing this, the value of the entire property will increase as this policy is really user oriented and do no harm to anyone, and will gain a lot of good review toward the management.

Colindale has become a rejuvenated area and Redrow have a terrific level of quality and attention to the property. Best reflected in the general upkeep of the communal areas and gardens. The flat has great light, terrific kitchen appliances and space to enjoy a comfortable living standard. There is a good deal of pride in owning here, and I feel that pride is also shared by the services and concierge team.
