Modern development, nice layout, there are 3 private gardens, parking lot, bike storage, step free access and lift available. Building is near a lot of shops, gym, etc. People looked very nice in this area, I don't know if there is a lot of crime but we felt safe. We just moved in and we are very excited with our new home.

The development has good facilities, such as a bike store - even though this is yet to be available to the tenants. The concierge is very handy and the team is great. A gym within the development would be a good addition, as well as more parking available for visitors
