We are very happy living here We have lived here for over 5 years The area is great for our family Our child goes to the local school not too far away on foot There are shops now in the area other than westfield and great cafes locally The lighting situation in some of the park areas is dangerous at this time of year

Design changed from plans to final product. Poor design of Ethernet points in the flat (seemed electrician mixed things up from main room and main bedroom). Shared energy contract terrible and no opt out. Otherwise excellent. Great storage and flat layout is well thought out, team is responsive to faults, quiet location. Fantastic local facilities.

Design of Higgins House flats are not optimal. There is a lot of wasted space in corners and awkward edges that make it difficult to fit furniture. Property management are normally responsive via email but don't do anything about the flats issues. We have had very poor water pressure for 6 months and no fix has been applied.

Great local area. The management has never been very good. After the first period we were basically left to get on with it and it is never easy to get things sorted. The design of the homes is very good but the newer developments are all significantly better.

Disign is beautiful but the quality is often avarage if not poor. Whan something it wrong and has to be rectified by the management team it takes ages to have it sorted. Park charge fee are too much considering is an open park to everyone. Location is amazing for families and commuting.
