The building and apartments are stunning, done to such a high quality. The balcony is beautiful and we love it in our two bed flat, everything’s really light and cosy. Clement checked us in and was fantastic, easy going and made us feel at home right away. Grace on the front desk is always nothing but lovely - thank you!

The facilities provided, including the gym and book club, add great value to residents' lives. The gym is well-equipped and convenient, allowing for regular workouts without leaving the building. While I didn't personally participate in the book club, it's a fantastic opportunity for social and intellectual engagement within the community. Building management at Chapman House is commendable. The team is responsive and efficient, ensuring that any issues are promptly addressed. Property management is also excellent, with regular maintenance and upkeep of communal areas. In terms of design, Chapman House is contemporary and well-planned. The apartments are spacious and modern, with thoughtful layouts and high-quality finishes. The building's communal areas are well-maintained and provide a welcoming atmosphere for residents. Overall, I highly recommend Chapman House to anyone looking for a modern and convenient living experience in Greater Manchester. Chapel wharf is the best development I’ve lived in to date. It really is made for renters which makes life a lot easier. If there are ever any issues with the flat, maintenance are usually very quick at fixing it. The front desk are also really lovely and accommodating. Special shout out to Rob who always greets me with a smile on his face and is always up a for a conversation!

The development is very modern and homely. The facilities are perfect, especially the gym, extremely good equipment and it is also very spacious. The building is also very secure with high security, I feel very safe and if there’s any issues the staff listen and act straight away

I’m in a studio flat which is on the smaller size but perfect for one person. All furniture is high quality from loft, and has lasted well over the past two years (given you take care of it). Any maintenance request is resolved in a timely manner and the reception team (shoutout Rob) is always there to take your parcels and help you if you get into a pickle with keys etc
