Bought my first home with Taylor Wimpey in 2014 what a mistake that was. The workmanship/quality is really bad! They use cheap material which only lasts up to 2 years max! The floor boards all squeek, the garden is just full of land rubbish which don't harvest any grass apart from weeds, and instead of giving me a decent fence or wall they just used slabs to fill up any gaps which they referred to as slab retaining wall! Every other properties in this area has a decent wall apart from mine which was the last one to be built in the estate. It's shockingly bad workmanship never ever get a Taylor Wimpey homr stay well away! Inside the house alot of the plaster boards have sunk in... It's getting to a stage where I may just to ripe everything out and start again!
