We believe the best information about a residential development comes from the people living there. Owners and tenants have a lot of useful information to share with their prospective neighbours, not just on the property itself and its locality, but also on the developer and the building’s management.

Castle Fields is in the village of Barton Seagrave, a suburb of the larger Kettering borough. Castle Fields has a range of 3, 4 and 5 bedroom properties. Additionally, residents benefit from village life whilst also having good connections. The A6 road, which links Leicester to London, passes directly through the top of Barton Seagrave. Furthermore, there is a wide variety of restaurants within easy reach. Kettering has choices from The Exotic Dining Indian restaurant to traditional English cuisine at The Old Forge.

The design on the house is very quaint from the outside - heritage with a modern twist, although more time could have been given to the finer smaller details. For instance our shed is totally facing in the wrong direction, giving less green space in the garden. It seems the builds may have been rushed and attention to detail may have slipped.

The houses look lovely from outside however the design of the house inside could be better. We would prefer to have a kitchen and dining facing to the garden . The after sales management wasn’t too good . We had lots of issues after snagging and companies / subcontractors did not do great job. People not qualified to do their jobs and had to ask twice to fix one issue

Modern boxes, as with all new build developments, however they're promoted. Estate management companies are a complete rip off and we won't buy on a development with one again - paying ridiculous amounts for minimal work and the clarity of bills is non existent.

Overall very happy with this house. Quiet residential area and good access to the large local park. Great addition to the house is the solar panels as well. Downsides are poor design choices inside and how thin the walls are!

The estate is a really nice estate, that has been well planned and is in a great location. The build quality of our home was good. But the finishing off of the estate (roads, verges and communal areas) has let the estate down. The ground estate company (Greenbelt) are terrible. The charge a fortune and do as little as possible. Cutting the grass to an inch of its life occasionally is not good enough to warrant the fees.
